This year’s Thanksgiving will surely be quite different from the gatherings we have loved so much! But it still can (and should) be beyond special with a cozy and intimate vibe!

If you are planning to host your first Thanksgiving, let us give you a hand and share a few tips to bring your table from Beautiful to Stunning!

There are a tips that we always have in mind when styling a tablescape. Follow some of our tips below and happy styling!

POPS OF COLOR

Be inspired by the nature surrounding you and bring all different shades of earth tones into the décor. You may want to use neutral colors as a base to your overall table. Shades of grey and sand can add great contrast with the fall colors that you choose for your color palette. But, if you are like us and love adding non-traditional colors, we recommend Teal! Yes, Teal has proven to deserve a place in the color scheme for autumn, and we love how it helps to bring the whole look to the next level. Accent details such as tapered candles and napkins add the perfect amount of color to make a statement table scape.

DETAIL MATTERS

When styling a table set, we often recommend to look around and find unexpected pieces that could be used to style your table setting. From tiles as table runners to fruits and chocolate pieces to adorn the plate setting, we invite you to be creative and bring personal items to the table. We love adding our signature favor/name tag filed with jordan almonds or tea as a always to add a personal touch to the table setting. Who doesn’t love to have a little personalized surprise? Another great idea is to add natural Fall leaves calligraphed with things you and your family are grateful for this year and spread on the table.

CANDLELIGHTS

Adding candles brings a special vibe to the table. You can’t go wrong with votive or pillar candles. And if you are looking to add an extra touch, we recommend taper candles. When selecting the tapper candle color, consider adding a pop color that brings the table to life!

LINEN

Stay away from metallic and patterned linens for a more grounded table. Instead, focus on a natural fiber look for the linens. For a casual look, tie a knot at the napkin and place it a the top of each plate. If you like a more dramatic look, go for a velvet runner, and you are all set!

LAYERS AND MIX AND MATCH

Layers create an interesting way to bring your table out-of-ordinary.Think about the different linen texture. We encourage you to pull together a number of elements, from family heirlooms to new tableware. The secret here is to keep the color palette but mix the styles with mix and match plates and glassware.

FLORAL CENTERPIECE

Complete the look with a statement floral centerpiece. Go beyond the traditional yellow, orange and red color palette for flowers. Add natural dried elements to an up-scale arrangement. Berries are also a great option to bring an unexpected accent to your centerpiece.
